Keyboard shortcuts can be handy for daily life, especially if
you need something done fast, if you can't find the right toolbar, or if you just want to copy something and don't want to
type it again. And, don't despair Apple fans, we go over your keyboard shortcuts too.
So, here's how they work. Hold down the Control (Ctrl)
button, or the Apple button if you're a Mac person, then hit the corresponding letter to complete the desired action, copy
paste, etc. If you're new at this, make sure to practice in Word to get the hang of things.
(Windows)

Ctrl + N
Creates a new window, works in Word, and on the Internet

Ctrl + A
Selects all text, or all of the active screen

Ctrl + C
Copies selected text (use your mouse or the Ctrl + A, then hit Ctrl + C to copy)

Ctrl + V
Pastes copied text (use with the copy function)

Ctrl + X
This will cut and copy text, so that you can paste it elsewhere

Ctrl + Z Undo,
will undo your last action, so never panic when you can undo

Print, will print current document or screen
